A stock list worth reviewing.

For a store with many products and variations, a periodic digest can put quantity, threshold and new/continuing status in one list. Start with the data you actually manage in WooCommerce and define filters.

Shared parent stock is not a separate warehouse for each variation. Null quantities, backorders and external inventory need explicit treatment. The digest does not change stock or create supplier orders.

Built-in low-stock emails may already be sufficient.
