Information you choose to send

Setup and support forms collect your name, email, optional store URL, selected task or product, n8n environment, desired result and message. A support request can also include an order reference and package version. We record your consent and submission time. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment information, customer exports or sensitive personal information.

Purpose and access

We use these details to respond, assess compatibility and discuss any work you request. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing or place an order. Requests are stored privately in WordPress and sent to the ShopCadence contact mailbox; access is restricted to the people managing requests. We do not sell inquiry information.

Hosting, email and technical records

The website is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in Europe. Notifications use Spacemail and are delivered to contact@wardnest.online. These services process information needed for hosting or email delivery. The server records technical access and error logs, including IP address, request path, time and browser information. The form uses a temporary keyed IP hash for rate limiting. Store URLs are not fetched automatically.

Cookies and tracking

We have not added advertising, analytics or a mailing list. Essential cookies may support sign-in, WooCommerce sessions and short-lived form messages. The free readiness kit is available without an email address. External links have their own policies.

Retention and your choices

Correspondence is retained while needed to answer a request or manage work agreed with you. Records should be reviewed when the request is resolved; there is no advertised fixed support or update period. Restricted backups and email copies may retain information separately. Contact us to ask what information we hold, correct it, request deletion, or withdraw consent for further inquiry handling. We may need to retain specific information for an active agreement or a legal obligation and will explain that when relevant. Do not send identity documents with your initial request.

Customer automation credentials

This catalog does not collect your WooCommerce, SMTP or Google credentials. A workflow runs in your own n8n environment. Access needed for installation is agreed separately through a safe process, with scope and revocation considered before work.
