WooCommerce

The initial test target is one store with standard REST resources, statuses and simple/variable products. All four scenarios read store data; only the Sheets workflow writes to a selected Sheet. Read-only credentials belong in your n8n environment.

n8n

Your own runtime imports and schedules the workflow. The verified local profile uses n8n 2.41.6 on Node 24.21.0, native Data Tables and one self-hosted production process with concurrency limited to 1. Cloud, multiple workers and other versions require separate acceptance.

Email and Google Sheets

Owner reports require an email transport. The Sheets scenario needs an agreed sheet and schema and writes managed fields only. Google quotas, sharing and authentication are separate requirements.

Custom inventory, subscriptions, custom statuses and external ERP are not automatically supported. Make/Zapier formats have not been built.
